GANDUM é o nome de uma ribeira que corre nos arredores de Montemor-o-Novo e que baptiza o nome da propriedade rural pelo qual serpenteia. É no património existente nessa propriedade que se estão a realizar várias intervenções de reabilitação e restauro

O conjunto edificado constitui, presentemente, um Monte alentejano cuja função será a de albergar turistas, a Cozinha, um edifício onde se processarão os alimentos obtidos na propriedade, vegetais e animais, Balneários e Arrumos de apoio à zona da piscina e a Alcaçaria, já operacional, que constitui um cowork.

Pelo terreno encontram-se espalhados poços, que também serão alvo de reabilitação, um Tanque e um pequeno Aqueduto, estes últimos já reabilitados.

Ao conjunto pretende-se acrescentar um hotel rural dotado de 18 quartos, com fundações de betão e paredes erigidas em taipa - o Claustro

O empreiteiro responsável por este último será formado e acompanhado pelo CRU atelier na aplicação da tecnologia constructiva que é a taipa.
