Localizado num edifício datado de 1769, na Rua do Caldeirão, em Montemor-o-Novo, o atelier contituí a reabilitação de uma loja que por sua vez há-de ter sido uma adaptação de um antigo espaço comum onde se erguia um poço - esta última tipologia espacial é algo que se encontra em várias das construções contemporâneas desta na cidade.

Aquando do início das obras de reabilitação do espaço, verificou-se que a degradação havia sido exacerbada pelas inúmeras camadas de cimento, acabadas com tinta plástica, presentes nas paredes. A solução passou por colocar um tubo geodreno ventilado em todo o perímetro interior das paredes e uma camada de brita compactada como base do pavimento para actuar como uma barreira à capilaridade. Assegurada a eliminação da humidade em excesso, colocou-se uma tela impermeabilizante e o acabamento de cimento afagado. As paredes acabaram-se com cortiça pintada com tinta de silicatos, protegeram-se os tijolos de burro aparentes com caseína, entre outras operações. O mobiliário do espaço foi desenhado pelo CRU Atelier e construído em colaboração com um serralheiro local.
